If you already have a pair of glasses you want to use and are not going to be wearing a mask for long periods of time then fog gels and sprays are for you. They are wipe on, wipe off so they will work until you wipe them off

Anti-fog gels like the Progear or Shoptic are great as they will also protect your glasses AR or anti-reflective coating on your lenses

Anti-fog sprays such as the TUSA or the FOG BUSTER are more frequently used for sports glasses/ sunglasses but please note this is NOT recommended for AR or Anti-Reflective lenses

NEED A MORE PERMANENT SOLUTION?

If you are thinking of buying a new pair of glasses or if you are going to be wearing your mask and glasses for long periods of time. You might need a more permanent solution like a prescription lens that is pre-made with an anti-fog coating.

You can add this in STEP 3 of our 3 STEP prescription package process by choosing ANTI-FOG in coatings.

If you are going for safety frames then you have to check out the BOLLE SAFETY PLATINUM ANTI-FOG which can be added onto any Bolle safety prescription lenses. This is not only anti-fog but also scratch resistance

The European standard only tests the scratch resistance on the outside surface of the lens and the fog resistance on the inside surface of the lens.

At Bollé Safety, they are convinced that scratches and fog do not only attack specific surfaces. This is why they have decided to permanently apply the anti-scratch AND anti-fog coating to each lens surface (inside AND outside).
